Our building is hired by many groups – community groups, Government departments, clubs, private functions and NGOs.

We have:

› a spacious ‘lounge’ which measures 12 x 12m, and seats approx. 100

› two smaller rooms leading off the lounge (4 x 4m and 2.5 x 4m), suitable for small meetings or ‘break out spaces’.

› a foyer leading into the lounge from a paved area, equally suited to small meetings or ‘break out spaces’, 7 x 5m – big enough for 20-25 people.

› Two kitchens off the main lounge area – a large kitchen for catering purposes, and a small kitchen for serving tea and coffee. There is a ‘Zip’ in each kitchen area. The large kitchen has two ovens, a fridge freezer and a microwave. The kitchens are equipped with plates, cutlery and cups for 100 people.

› 100 chairs.

› 8 trestle tables and 4 small square tables (standard table height, seat 4).

We also have a whiteboard, ceiling mounted data projector and screen, and microphone should you require them.
